YES. The salvation experience is in the soul. In that part of your personality you never want to sin again and find great joy and comfort when you obey the laws of God. However, the unsaved body can still lust after sin and cause a person to sin if they take their eyes of Christ:

But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. Romans 7:23
For the flesh lusteth agains the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Galatians 5:17
